Hope has been participating the last two years, encouraging our community to subvert our culture’s obsession with Christmas consumerism by shopping less, giving relationally, and putting the money we saved on gifts towards projects serving the poor.
In the weeks before Christmas 2009 our hopeTzedekah students invited our community to give gifts through World Vision’s Christmas gift catalogue.
